A strange stasis field. The inner sphere contains a dimensional distortion bringing "Joe's" through some sort of rift. The next sphere contains a graveyard also in stasis. any suggestions?

this weird stasis field type thing. the inner sphere is some sort of dimensional distortion at joe's , the next sphere is some sort of graveyard stasis field. The rest is wasteland or something. i want suggestions on what to do next with it, whether i should scrap it, fix it, or whatever...
