printer doesn't work I had to install a Data switch for the printer and the transmitter interface. my printer didn't work either after I installed the interface. Hope this helps.

I put the wrong serial # in, after that no on screen prompt when I insert CD :confused: :confused:

after several failed attempts at tyring to install, now when I insert the CD I get no prompts on my screen
