In 1970, Dad gave me the James Gilberts book “The Great Planes". On pages 118-129 is a section called “The Increadibly Agile Jungmeister”, and I’ve been intrigued with this little biplane ever since…

40 years later, Doug Kaye (DHK79) posted his terrific version of the Jungmeister on Swap pages, and I’ve enjoyed it for several years now….

So, here is my Half Scale version…not quite as agile as the real thing, but its a fun flyer that’s a bit more lively than most of (ok, ALL OF!) my other large scale biplane AV’s….she wont climb vertical forever (neither would the real thing) but she will loop and roll nicely for you…

I have a pilot cam that pans with the scroll knob and looks up down/center with the 3-position switch

White smoke from the fuse on Channel 7, yellow and orange smoke from the wingtips on Channel 5

I have a red and white color scheme similar to one found in Mr. Gilberts wonderful book posted as well.

Thanks to Doug and everyone involved on the EA for making this possible.

Enjoy.
