Bücker Bü 133 Jungmeister (Young master).

This is a single-engine, single-seat biplane of wood and tubular steel construction, covered in fabric. It is a tiny airplane, even by biplane standards - it's not a great deal bigger than a Pitts S2 and considerably smaller than a Tiger Moth.

Introduced in 1935 by Carl Bücker as a single-seat version of the Bü 131 A Jungmann, which was a two-place advanced aerobatic trainer. The Jungmeister became a favorite of European flying clubs.

The Bücker Jungmeister dominated the aerobatic scene in Europe and the United States from the mid-1930s through the 1940s. The Bü 133C racked up numerous victories in international aerobatic competition, and by 1938 was the Luftwaffe 's standard advanced trainer.

The Jungmeister design remained competitive in international aerobatic competition until around 1970.

The subject of this model is Bucker Jungmeister YR-PAX, which was flown by Romanian pilot Alex Papana in the 1936 Olympics. The aircraft was then shipped to the USA on board the airship Hindenburg, where it flew at the 1937 Cleveland National Air Races. It was sold to Mike Murphy who won the American Aerobatic Championships with it in 1938 and 1940 (now with U.S. registration number N15696). Bevo Howard then bought the airplane and flew it to first place in the '46 and '47 U.S. Championships. He continued to fly it in all major air meets until he was killed in an accident in this airplane in 1971. The legendary Jungmeister was eventually rebuilt and is now displayed in the National Air & Space Museum in Washington DC.

Various modifications for RF 7.5 to get real world model performance. Flight performance is similar to the model in YouTube video

This model, like other models I have submitted, employs an aileron differential setup. For those of you who need educating on the subject refer to gibbs guides (ailerons section) at URL:

Standard flight controls. As usual fly with the channel 5 rate switch in the “High” position.

This biplane has excellent flying characteristics, and will appeal to the biplane enthusiasts out there.
