Fix for the FA-18 flight model.
Removes the uncommanded snap tendancies at high alpha.
Restores "stall loops" ala SU-27 performance (which the FA-18 is capable of, but limited by the on board computers).
Restores high deflection elevator and rudder controls.
Adds flap/slat deployment at high pitchup.
Permits typical F/A-18 stunts seen at air shows, and nose high landings.
