On my actual Beast, I've added two gyros - a Head holding gyro on the ailerons, and a rate gyro on the elevator.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
RF5.5 UMX Beast with 3 Gyros.
(NOTE: I forgot to update the values for the lower aileron throws. It should be +-23 deg. Just like the upper ailerons. This value determines the maximum limit of your roll rate. If you want crazy fast roll, increase these four values. I find +-23 deg comfortable. Edit the aircraft, and expand the AIRFRAME tree on the left. Look for lower wing and expand the branch to get to the "Deflection Max/Min values")
You can independently turn each gyro off and on. This allows you to try out various combinations. Use them for torque rolls, inverted training and knife edges, and especially takeoff and landing assist. The gyros can be turned off for normal flying too. Throw in some wind to experience the stability gyros offer....will help extend your flying days!
3 pos switch = Aileron Gyro for Head Holding(Up)/Off(Mid)/Rate Mode(down)
2 pos switch (Ch.5) = Elevator Gyro for Head Holding (Up)/Rate(Down)
2 pos switch (Ch.7) = Rudder Gyro for Head Holding (Up)/Rate(Down)
---------------------------------------
v1.7 Retuned gyros, expo, and dual rates to closely match my actual physical Beast. My plane has only the aileron (HH) and elevator (Rate) gyro. So to mimick it in the sim you would leave the rudder and elevator switches down
