An avid RC and flight enthusiast, John built his new house with an adjoining RC and full size airfield.
He's left you a few burgers on the grill and some cold ones near by.
Note there are objects from Expansion Pack 4 in this airport.
Particually the picket fences and run-up table.
If you do not have EXP-4 you'll see a few planes floating at mid field. Just delete them using the editor.
The garden will then merely be missing the surrounding fence.
