The content packs are ONLY for Realflight Evolution and will not work on RF 9.5s. Ask for a refund on Steam or upgrade to Realflight Evolution.

@csgill75 is correct about DLC compatibility, but Steam will not allow you to purchase the DLC unless you own the base product it requires, so I'm a bit confused by your post, @Config. Please provide more detail about exactly what steps you took, what you are trying to do, and what you are experiencing now.

Probably you will best be served by contacting RealFlight support, but we can give it a shot here.
