2wire home network router

I just got the realflight and I tried to use the multiplayer, and it turns out that the 2wire home network/dsl router box that earthlink uses will not let my computer get out to the internet or let other people hook up with mine.

Has anybody experienced this and figured out how to tell the router to allow access?

I have had trouble in the past.

I'll say way in the past brields ..........this guy was stoned and posted on 4-20-03
either hes moved on to crack by now ................or his router problem is solved , or both

On second thought he's probably still sitting on the couch waiting for a reply
