9.5s Not Showing Camera Types

I'm not able to choose different camera views like nose or chase. It worked in 8 but now its grayed out. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
Camera's only work on 3D airfields.
Can you use cameras at the Flight School airport.? (That is a 3d field)
Airports, such as, Eli Field, Evergreen Airport or Sod Farm are photofields and cameras will not work there.
