BANSHEE JET LARGE SCALE
A classic 1940s/50s jet of very elegant lines, this version is the XF2D-1 prototype that had dihedral on the horizontal stabiliser, production versions did not have this feature.
Powered by two Turbojets of around 3000lb thrust each it had a top speed of 580mph.
The model is about 15’ span with a top speed of about 200mph, along with various changes I have made, I added wingtip display smoke for a bit of pizzaz!!
