Yes you can create a scale Bell helicopter... the designer forums discuss that topic at length. I doubt that a heli designer is going to create a new helicopter that is backwards compatible to an old version of Real Flight. If you want someone to take on your project, you are going to have to do a bit of the homework. Get as many views of the helicopter as possible. Top, Lside, Rside, Front, Back and a lot of details (weights). Creating a helicopter is quite an investment in time for one of the "artists". They invest at least 100 hours per model and many times more.
You should also know that there is a Bell 206 available on the swaps. Most of the development lately has been aerobatic models rather than scale ships.
