Boeing 707 family build(s)

quick update. life is good, progress not so much.

the scissor mechanism to move the Krüger flaps is proving exceptionally painful. and minimal pictures. (not sure if this pic is even a 707's)
2025-10-08 22_29_06-707 krueger flaps cut away - Google Search and 2 more pages - Personal - M...png

so i will ask
a. Weld them closed (they are graphics only and only lower FPS)
b. no support mechanisms (as is, no actuators)
c. we wait for lego to do it, as long as it takes. (plz no)

I would vote option B... forget the mechanism if you want, but I have faith in your capabilities, option C sounds good (for me, not so much for you)
How many members would actually notice the scissor mechanism with the model in flight, that kind of detail is best viewed in the vehicle editor, so we are totally amazed.
How about a hybrid "less moving parts" mechanism, okay, lets get back to option B.

Well, if this is a vote of sorts, just go with "B". That "DOES" look like a complicated system. YIKES !!!
