camera in cabin?

Not all airplanes have modeled cockpits. Of the ones that do, not all of them have any onboard camera components placed inside them. If the currently loaded model has both, then there are several different ways to select the camera you want.
The 'C' key will cycle through all the available cameras. There is also on onscreen camera controller gadget at the bottom of the screen that will appear when you mouse over it (as well as every time the camera changes). And Function key shortcuts exist (onboard cameras, if present, start with F4).
If a given model does not have an onboard camera but has a design that would support one, you can use the Aircraft Editor to add one yourself and save your changes as a new custom variant.
Note that you must be at a 3D airport in order to change the camera type. It is impossible to change the camera's perspective at a PhotoField.
