cant reactivate G3.5?

This is a mystery to me. I was trying to get my color shcemes folder to show because I need to get the shrike color scheme into RF. But it requires running RF as administrator so I restarted my computer. I then had to re-enter my serial numbers to restart. But now I cant click <OK> to finish!
any ideas?
p.s. the serial numbers are entered just covered

If you don't get the OK button, you typed something in wrong. Us customers can not help you with serial numbers. You have to call tech support.

More than likely you have a space entered wiith the serial numbers. A space counts as a character.

They're all digits, I believe.
