Cockpit mode - 3D terrain

I understand that cockpit mode only works on 3D terrain like Sierra Nevada. Does anybody know what other fields beside Sierra Nevada are 3D terrain fields?

All the Fields that are not Photofields are 3D. I don't know how many or which ones off hand, there are too many to count. If you load a airport and looks like a photograph then its not a 3D field. Just start by picking one, you got a good chance of it being a 3D field.
