Connecting Tx w/ Dongle

I didn't see the direction to turn on my Tx and plug in the dongle before downloading the program. Now I can't get the Tx and dongle to connect. Is there a way to fix this?

It's not required to do that before downloading the program.

Depends which USB receiver you're using for exact instructions.
If it's a Spektrum, you need to press the bind button down on the USB receiver while you insert it into the USB port. That will make the orange light start blinking quickly. Then you need to put your transmitter into bind mode so that it binds with the USB receiver.
