My real flight suddenly refuses to open, giving an error message D3ERR_INVALID CALL

I have no idea what all that means and I certainly do not know how to get back in operation
Help!

Try this. In steam right click on RF EVO and choose "properties". Then click on the "Installed Files" menu item. Then click on the "Verify integrity of game files".
