Controller Channels Help

When I edit an aircraft using the "Radio" tab, the channels are listed by number but on the transmitter they are identified using letters. Also, the manual only shows the letter of the switch and not the number. Seems confusing. Can someone help me understand how this works? For example, how do I find out which switch is for dual rates? This is my first experience with Spektrum radios.

Which controller are you using? With the new Interlink DX you do not really need to worry about channel #'s. Just setup visually with the calibration/edit. Also, maybe refer to the RF9 manual. Good luck.
