Customer Service Order Problems

I am having trouble getting Horizon Hobby to respond concerning my online purchase of Realflight Evolution via Email on Saturday March 9. The download was supposed to arrive via email in 24 hours but it’s now 72 hours. I’ve tried to check order status but even AI doesn’t recognize my information for the order. I. Double checked to make sure the information was correct from the order confirmation.
I am very frustrated to say the least.
Any suggestions as to my next step?
