DX6e switches not recognized

Hi all. Just purchased RF evo and the spectrum dongle to train with my field transmitter, which is a DX6e. My issue is no matter what transmitter I select in RF when I calibrate it only recognizes 6 of 8 axes. It won’t recognize the clear, back, or roller buttons, bind switch, or B/C/F/G/H toggles. I’ve been searching for answers here and elsewhere for the last two hours to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Running latest version in DX6e and a WS2000.
 
The DX6e is a six-channel radio, so you'll only get 6 channels out of it. The switches you designate in System Setup menu > Channel Assign on the DX6e are the only switches that will work.

All of the switches and buttons on an InterLink DX will work in RealFlight, but that's because it's essentially a 20-channel radio with a USB cable.
