Error message

I installed realflight g2 and add-ons 1thru5 on the following computer

and every time I try to start it i get the following error message.

I have emailed terch support but to date no answer.
Can any one help?

Found solution to my problem in post G2 below. Plugged earbuds into microhone jack and it started right up.
