Right. I use an Elite and/or an X. I don't use my antique T8UAP for the sim. And I think the expo setting should be moved to the controller's programming rather than each aircraft's settings. I haven't bought any real aircraft lately. But unless it's changed, the manual specifies high & low rate deflections for each surface for optimal aerodynamic performance. Expo is the PILOT's preference. Some folks like it. Some folks hate it. But it's too much trouble to create an AV for each aircraft when MY expo preference is different from the aircraft designer's preference.
