just for trial truing to import cube ...i applied texture like this saved file in tga format also in same directory still same error is coming it is not importing in real flight evolution

Don't have a super satisfying answer. I replaced the dummy model in the attached 3ds max file with my model and then ran with that. asj5547 helped me troubleshoot and believe he did a uvunwrap to get the texture. I just used the fruits of his labor! Hope the same works for you!

I see you are using 3dsmax 2025, we have been advised that any version of 3dsmax after 2021 causes issues with rendered model in RF Evolution.
I am using version 2023 and I have to perform "Reset XForm" then "Edit Normals" on parts that do not display good in RFE, some parts like moveable parts (gear doors) and other parts (wings, vertical stabs) will have excess gloss applied or shading issues, Ryan Douglas said they are working on a fix.
The workaround at the moment is to import the FBX file into RF9 and then export out of RF9 and import into RFE.

What I've been doing to fix that problem is. Export an FBX file from 3ds Max and then Import that FBX file into RealFlight 9. That process creates a KEX file in your project directory which I use to Import the plane into RealFlight Evolution.
