G2 download problems

I purchased RL-G2 used w/RL Add-ons. Trying to download G2, I get an error 2. I'm running Windows 8 and my computer has the requirements. Please advise, thanks.

This program may not be compatible with Windows 8.

As csgill75 suggested, you're probably going to have a very difficult time getting G2 to run on a modern Windows 8.1 computer.

If you do manage to do it, please return and tell everyone how.
