Hank and John's Hoops and Tables SkyHigh_AP

Everything from the original "Hoops and Tables" has been moved to a flat plain, at a higher altitude, to avoid background scenery from becoming a problem to the player's perception of the helicopter's orientation.
Like the original version, this version includes two Heli pads for two player multiplayer.
