I want the controller in Mode 1. The slider on the back out of the box is on the left. (when looking it it from the back). P 5 of manual describes sliding it fully to the right to switch to Mode 1. It is very hard to shift and won't go all the way right. Now I have moved it back to the left and the the sticks are no longer smooth. Suggestions please?
