i need major help

i tried to install the G2 sofeware and i have several times. But when i try to run it 2 errors pop up. The first is error 32495 and the second error is 32494. Please i will take any advice from any one.

We (those of us in the discussion group) need to know what OS, Video card (very important), sound card, etc. Are the drivers up to date? Have you downloaded the latest version of RF? It works better on XP.

This error usually means the data files are missing or corrupt. Uninstall and Re-install.
