Interlink controller constantly disconnects

I am having trouble with my interlink controller disconnecting often, and not being recognized. Has anyone else had this issue, and how do I fix this?

Is it a G3 interlink?

Move the cable around and see if it is a problem with the cable. They often end up breaking a wire inside and will cause the same symptoms you're describing.
