Is it possible to fly FPV or from the cockpit in RF9 without Goggles?

I just upgraded my RF7 sim to RF9 and wanted to fly FPV from an installed camera, or view from the cockpit, as I could in other airplanes I had installed. Under View-Camera Type the selection of cameras is grey'd out. Does RF9 require a set of goggles now? I sure hope not as that was allot of fun. Thanks.

Yes you can fly from FPV, but ... You have to Fly in a virtual scenery. Cockpit camera views aren't allowed in photo scenery.

This question has been asked and answered so many times over the years that I am thinking that this is a flaw in the software. Instead of just graying out the menu items they should be left ungreyed and when selected an error message displayed to say what is happening and how to correct it.
The current method sure is not working. This is part of analyzing requests for support.
