Lost serial F 5.5

I Lost them serial numbers of the Realflight. R5.5 How can i recover this serial numbers. ? I Lost them box and the serial numbers i'm it.
Thank You for help.
 
I was able to get a new one from Real flight about a year ago, it took some time and I had to show them proof of purchase. I had a record and emails from when I purchased it from Horizon.
