Need Help Doing CS Swap for 3DHS Edge 540

I'm in need of a Photoshop wizard or at least someone with better skills than I posses. Attached to this post are two .tga files that have been tagged with an extra .g3x since the files were too large for normal .tga upload.

The 74 Edge Test.tga is the template. T1.tga is the high quality CS I'm looking to have moved over onto the 74 Edge Test.tga template.

If anyone could knock this out it would be greatly appreciated. The AV that uses the 74 Edge Test CS is far better than the AV that uses the T1 CS. The T1 CS looks 1000x better than the 74 Edge Test CS though. Trying to get the best of both worlds if possible.

Is this a stock, swap, or EP model? Anyone working on a project likes to be able to double check their work, so knowing which model it uses is a must for that purpose. If its a swap model, post a link to it here.
 
Relly a moot point ...if both of those CSs are from different EAs

you'll need to totally redo ..or
"steal" and modify one to another
CSs are EA specific and not inter changeable even if they are the same exact aircraft
their respective texture maps(CS) are laid out differently
