problem in instalation

when I install my G2 lite asks for a user name on the screen where I enter the serial numbers of the control and program ,
* Not that I put name to continue installation? :confused: No continued the installation!!

I am sure you know G2 is not supported but can try here....these are the only people who may be able to help you ...calling is better than e-mail
