Problems installing G4 HELP!!

Ok we just installed the G4 on our laptop that has windows Vsita with 4.58 virtual memory left duo core processor. The error I'm getting is KEError 21078: Error determining path to .ini. Corrupt filename: C:\Users\Denver&Kay\Documents\RealFlight G4\LauncherG4.ini

Any suggestions?
 
Create another user account that ONLY has alpha-numerics in the name.

The ampersand might not be understood by Realflight.

Also make sure that you right click on the "setup.exe" file while installing Realflight and select "run as administrator".

Let the setup run. If you are not prompted for the DirectX9 installation, find it on the CD's ( or download the DirectX9.0c redistributable from Microsoft )... again right click on the file and select "run as administrator".

Reboot, then once again on the Realflight Launcher, right click and "run as administrator".

Set up Realflight, calibrate your controller and exit immediately.

NOW run it as the normal user.
