Re-loading Realflight

It seems that you cannot recover your password to reinstall Realflight and the only way is to call support? How helpful is that since I work? Seriously, your sim is good but this is just becoming way to inconvenient. Anyone else every attempt to reinstall? I usually don't log these complaints publically but come on

It's a small company so they don't have 24hr support. The support they do have is very good though. They will fix your problem in a few minutes.
