Where on RF9 do you access the Safe Mode & Safe Off Block that comes up on the screen that tells you what mode your In ?

I assigned Safe On & Off to Switch A the Gear Channel !!!
 
the zero key of your keyboard


[edit] the one above o and p, not the number pad zero
