Realflight re-install

I have been using Realflight and G2upgrade for some years withot any problems.
Now Realflight will not install, the CD starts and then closes down.
I have a sign that says 'Failed to start because DIBAPT 32 dll was not found.
Would this indicate a faulty CD or is it a fault with the system.
I am running XP Professional.
Have contacted Technical Support but no reply. Do they ever reply to emails.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes they do

I had exactly the same problem and I got a response back within hours. Considerring I am 8 hours in front - I was impressed.
I had already resolved the situation.
I uninstalled all Realflight programs including Add-ons.
Ran the program from the website to clean the registry.
Deleted the directory.
Then reloaded V1 - ran it.
Upgraded G2 - ran it.
Upgraded to the latest version from the link - can't ever get the download from the server!
Ran it.
Then loaded the Add-ons - 1, 2, & 3. Checking that each ran correctly after each install.
Labourious - Yes, but better than the frustration of the 3 full installs and de-installs I had been through before.

I will post the official details later, as I don't have them with me at present.

I have uninstalled all Realflight programs but don't know how to download the program from the website.
