hi allihave a coppy of rf7 it was installedon a computer that crashed,now reinstaling on new computer i can not regesterit, it keeps telling me copy already regesterd,how can i sort it out
 
You need to use the same email address to re-register it. And probably the same password & maybe other info as well. Before HH bought out KE, I was able to call KE's tech support, convinced them that I was the actual owner, & they un-registered it to allow me to re-register it with updated information. I don't know whether HH's TS can or will do that, but it's worth a try.
