reinstall issues

Im trying to reinstall RF8 on my windows 10 pc from thr file i downloaded when i purchased from tower hobbes & get error This app can't run on your PC
I installed previouslly with no issues. Ive rebuilt my PC & want to run RF again

When you rebuilt your PC, did you maybe install 32-bit Win10 instead of 64-bit? Go to "settings...system...about" to be sure. That's the only thing I can think of that would give that message. It will also keep Windows from using more than 4G of memory.
