RF 7.5 Update Help Needed

Hello all, I bought my copy of RF 7.5 used from a swap meet and it installed fine and works fine, but when I went to update it, it said I had to register it, but it say's that it's already been registered and the seller never gave me any account info. How can I register it so I can download the latest update? Or is there a link to download the update directly?
Thanks in advance.

Edit: I tried calling H.H. RF tech support, but I keep getting a recording that say's due to unforeseen circumstances, they couldn't take my call.

It´s an old version, and as long as you can run it on your computer it´s fine. But you are not getting any updates, since HH moved on to RF Evo, which you can find on Steam :) . But what I can see, there are still plenty of models and fields that you can download and import from this site =)

Hi, thank you for the reply. The reason I'm wanting to update is so I can fly in multiplayer mode.

@80sRkadeGuy, pre-Steam versions of RealFlight required online registration in order to obtain software updates.

You bought a used version that is still registered by the original owner. Being a swap meet purchase, it's probably going to be difficult to prove ownership and get Product Support to replace the existing registration, but you could give it a try: https://realflight.com/contact.php.

I'm sure you can understand why Support wouldn't unregister customers' software at the request of someone other than the owner. If possible you could ask the seller to contact Support and unregister it, making it possible for you to then register it in your own name. Being a previously-owned version, though, you may well just have to settle for the version of the software on the disks.

The swap meet was over a year ago and I never got the sellers contact info. It was part of a table full of stuff that I bought at a really cheap price so I definitely didn't pay much for it. It installed fine and works fine, I just wanted to fly with others online. As far as getting ahold of support, I've sent e-mails with no response and I've tried calling a few times, but the hold times were crazy and my calls kept getting routed to different departments so I've pretty much given up and am just gonna use it the way it is.
