Thought a update would be in order, a look at the last 2 of the 1st 6 of my "Beer Barrel Racers" series Riley Mod B color schemes. If I am lucky I'll be able to post all 6 CS's by the weekend sometime.

When I returned from Vietnam, I was stationed at San Antonio for 2 years and for a while we could visit the Peal Brewery and get some free suds. All of the planes in this series will be based upon 2 basic color schemes. If someone would like to try their hand, I could post these 2 schemes also, but bee warned, the left side does not match up well with the right and some hand manipulating will be in order. A pleasing result can be attained as you can see, you just can't cut and paste one side to the other.This weekend be sure to thank a VET.

Working on a new batch of Riley Mod B color schemes. This will be a series of what I'm calling my "Beer Barrel Racers", and when finished will number about 20. Some of them go back a ways as they are ones I remember when I was a kid and dad and his friends were watching foot ball games. I have 4 more that I'm working on in this series, here's a peak at my next series which i call my "Golden Age Air Racers" series. There will be 12 of these , all with vintage Oil Company logos from around the world.
My favorite Beers are "Bock" types and my favorite brand is giving mr a fit trying to make it stand out yet retain a harmonious vintage color flow.
