RF 9.5 working Fine, Sudden loss of Control

Hi guys!, my senario : Perfect Take off / Bank left and flying for about 7 to 10 seconds / Sudden Loss of Control sticks / Plane spins right into a dive and Crashes!! repeats the same each flight . checked and no scheduled Failures in system. Any Ideas?
 
RF will model real physics, so my first guess is that it's experiencing an aerodynamic stall and crashing.

Which model are you trying to fly?
