RF 9.5S and Evolution stopped launching

Have had RF9.5S for a couple of months. All of a sudden it will not launch. It starts to launch then shuts down completely. The same thing happened with Evolution. Have tried everything I know to no avail. Contacted realflight.com support and no response. Any suggestions will be appreciated. BTW, I have RF 7.5 and it runns with no problems.
 
Is there any error message? What controller are you using? Did you update any drivers? What OS?
 
I get no error messages, the screen starts to open then abruptly closes. I'm on windows 10 with all drivers updated. I have been using the dongle with DX6 controller also have an interlink. Both had worked previously with no problems. Almost seems to me that there was an automatic up date that screwed this up.
