RF Forum Account Lockout

My original account under the user name CanadianClub has been locked out. I do not receive the password reset email that it says it has sent to me. I tried multiple times. The email account xxxxx used for this account is fully functional and receiving emails. I set up this secondary account, CanuckClub under another email address I have, so that I could report the problem.
