Selled G5 - how to remove activation?

I just selled my G5 and new owner's having problems with activation. How can I remove my now-not-needed activation?

A. Yes. If you do, please call RealFlight technical support at +1 (217) 398-8970 so that they can unregister your serial number. If you do not do this, your buyer will not be able to register to receive updates to the software.

Thanks, I figured it out in a meantime, anyway...
But call is not an option for me so I'll drop them a mail.
