Setting Radiomaster Boxer Radio

I have a Radiomaster Boxer [ELRS] Tx, I am able to connect to my PC via BlueTooth. While I can configure AETR Mode2 controls, it is not letting me use the Boxer switches for Dual Rate, Flaps, etc.
Is there a way to do this?
Are Radio profiles able to be uploaded?

You have to set up a model on your Boxer that assigns all of the switches to radio channels. Then you'd use the Controller Profile screen in RealFlight to map the radio channels to functions/virtual channels in RealFlight.

I have a writeup here that explains the process.

Specifically for radio using EdgeTX, for the channels above 4, use a switch/knob/slider/etc as a Source in the mixer. You don't need anything entered in Inputs. Make sure to have a control with a center (ie - NOT a 2 position switch) used for Ch 6. Windows (and therefore Real Flight) acts badly if you don't. The 2-pos switches are fine on any other higher channels.
@flightengr didn't mention in the otherwise fantastic write-up, these two check boxes:

With them checked, there is no setup to do in the radio for rates/expo/mixes - Realflight handles it all, and the switches you designate to a channel turn them on/off. With them unchecked, you don't assign the switches to an channel, and do it all on the radio. BUT - you will either need to change them (sometimes a lot) every time you switch planes in RF, or create a new model in the radio for each plane you want to fly in Real Flight, with its own rates/mixes.

Thank you @flightengr and @Flapper

I do have a Model defined for Realflight but will step through that with the above advice to find what I am not doing correctly.

I got to the Lesson 3 takeoff, (successful) but am not able to progress from there. Not sure what it is expecting after I take off, do a couple of circuits and land.

It seems I am not seeing all the screen text for some reason.
