SOPWITH CAMEL with GUNS, LARGE SCALE.


The iconic British fighter the Sopwith Camel from WW1, often regarded as the best fighter of that period carried twin Vickers machine guns as armament.
The powerful Clerget rotary engine gave the Camel some unpleasant handling characteristics due to the torque reaction and caused many crashes.
The top speed was around 120mph.

The model has a 12’ span with a top speed of around 90mph and is equipped with twin machine guns.
