The “TWIN BEECH” as this aircraft is better known, was introduced in 1937.
With two 450 bhp Pratt & Whitney 9 cylinder radials it had a top speed of 225 mph and a wingspan of 48’.
It set a record that still stands today for the longest continuous production of a piston engine aircraft from 1937 until 1970.
