Used copy of G3.5

Hi All,
I have done a couple of searches on this, but not really found anything relevant yet. I have been offered RealFlight G3.5 and I was just checking that it would still work on my wife's PC, and I think that the spec will be OK (W10. I notice that there are some cases where the disks have to be deregistered with Real Flight so that they can be installed by another owner? Is that right or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

I hope not, just bought a G3 version with 5 addons disks to get my kids started and something to help pass the time in at home
