Unlikely. The Go was meant to be a stand alone unit that ran its own games, and was not connected to a PC. A 3rd party WiFi solution was introduced, but from what I read, was pretty low bandwidth, so therefore not really suitable for games.
While I use Evolution occasionally with a Quest, it is not the greatest. I imagine it would be unplayable even if it could connect to a Go.
